Ingredients: 5 nos Brinjal (chopped); 3 nos Red chillies (broken into two); 2 springs Curry leaves; 1 tsp Mustard seeds; 2 tsp Coconut oil; 3/4 cup Yogurt; Salt (As reqd)

Ingredients

5 nos Brinjal chopped
3 nos Red chillies broken into two
2 springs Curry leaves
1 tsp Mustard seeds
2 tsp Coconut oil
3/4 cup Yogurt
Salt As reqd

Instructions

For preparing binjal in yogurt, cook the brinjal with required amount of water and salt. Drain the water well.
Mix the brinjal with yogurt .
Heat coconut oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds. Then add red chillies and curry leaves.
Pour it into the yogurt mixed with brinjal and mix well.
Brinjal/vazhuthananga in yogurt is ready. Serve with plain rice.
