Brinjal-Vazhuthananga In Yogurt
Brinjal
is mixed in yoghurt and then seasoned

Curry leaves

Mustard seeds

Coconut oil

cup
Yogurt
Salt
As reqd
Instructions
For preparing binjal in yogurt, cook the
brinjal
with required amount of
water
and
salt
. Drain the
water
well.
Mix the
brinjal
with yogurt .
Heat
coconut oil
in a pan and splutter
mustard seeds
. Then add
red chillies
and
curry leaves
.
Pour it into the yogurt mixed with
brinjal
and mix well.
Brinjal
/vazhuthananga in yogurt is ready. Serve with plain rice.
