A nice substitute to gobi manjurian

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bowl Broccoli
  • 6 tbsp Maida
  • 2 tbsp Corn flour
  • Salt As reqd
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 1 no Onion cut into big cubes
  • 1 no Capsicum cut into big cubes
  • 2 bunch Spring onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp Ginger&garlic chopped
  • 3 nos Green chillies chopped
  • 2 tbsp Soya sauce
  • 4 tbsp Sweet and sour sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper crushed
  • 2 tbsp Sugar powder
  • Taste cubes/Ajinomotto As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Make a batter with maida, corn flour and salt.
  • Dip broccoli in this batter and deep fry. Keep it aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add soya sauce and sweet & sour sauce.
  • Add crushed pepper and sugar.
  • Add water (about 500 ml) to the above mix and make it boil.
  • When it boils, add fried broccoli into this and allow to boil for 2 mins.
  • Meanwhile, adjust the taste by adding ajinomotto.
  • :- Serve hot.
