Broccoli Manjurian A nice substitute to gobi manjurian 1 bowl Broccoli6 tbsp Maida2 tbsp Corn flourSalt (As reqd)3 tbsp Oil1 no Onion (cut into big cubes)1 no Capsicum (cut into big cubes)2 bunch Spring onion (chopped)2 tbsp Ginger&garlic (chopped)3 nos Green chillies (chopped)2 tbsp Soya sauce4 tbsp Sweet and sour sauce1/2 tsp Black pepper (crushed)2 tbsp Sugar (powder)Taste cubes/Ajinomotto (As reqd) Make a batter with maida, corn flour and salt.Dip broccoli in this batter and deep fry. Keep it aside.Heat oil in a pan.Saute onion, ginger, garlic, green chillies and spring onion followed by capsicum.Add soya sauce and sweet & sour sauce.Add crushed pepper and sugar.Add water (about 500 ml) to the above mix and make it boil.When it boils, add fried broccoli into this and allow to boil for 2 mins.Meanwhile, adjust the taste by adding ajinomotto.:- Serve hot. Chinese
