Instructions
  1. Clean and wash broccoli and boil 1 minutes in hot water
  2. Now shred broccoli and add potato
  3. Now mix all other ingredients.
  4. Now take small portion and make shape you like .
  5. Now heat tawa with little oil and shallow fry the Tikki
  6. Now its ready to serve Broccoli Tikki / Cutlets with ketchup
