Brown Rice In Dal

A healthy dish with low carb in moong dal gives a high taste and different recipe

Ingredients
  

  • brown rice 1 cup
  • moong dal 1/4 cup
  • ginger small piece
  • pepper corns few
  • jeera few
  • salt
  • red chilli 2
  • green chilli 1
  • cashews few
  • ghee 3 sp

Instructions
 

  • soak brown rice over night and pressure cook it with salt ,moong dal and turmeric
  • when cooked smash the food gently
  • in a pan saute ginger crushed pepperr corns,jeera red chilli, green chilli curry leaves with cashews
  • saute all and stir with the cooked rice and serve
