This brown rice puttu is tastier breakfast and healthy too.Brown rice has more fibre and vitamins and b vitamins although the calories remain same for white rice and brown rice.

Instructions
  1. soak brown rice for 5 hrs
  2. dry in white cloth in shade
  3. make a powder of it
  4. steam it in medium flame for about 20 mins
  5. cheak whether cooked , add sugar
  6. add coconut ,and cardamom powder and serve with milk
