  • Fresh red chilly(seeded and chopped) - 1 no
  • garlic(crushed) - 2 cloves
  • Rocket leaves(shredded) - 100 g
  • Tomato(chopped) - 1 no
  • olive oil - 1/2 tbsp

Instructions
  1. For preparing buckwheat noodles, first cook the noodles in boiling water in a pan following the packet instructions.
  2. Drain the buckwheat noodles and set aside.
  3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry the crushed garlic in low heat. Add red chill, rocket leaves and chopped tomato.
  4. Saute and cook for a few minutes until rocket leaves wilt.
  5. Toss the sauted vegetable mixture with cooked buckwheat noodles and serve hot.
