Instructions
  1. Wash the chicken nicely and cut the boneless chicken breast into strips, like french fries.
  2. Marinate chicken with pepper and salt. Keep it for 1 hour.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken till it becomes golden brown.
  4. Strain the chicken from oil and keep it aside.
  5. Heat another pan and add little butter.
  6. Add ginger and when nice aroma comes, add 3 - 4 tbsp of hot Sauce and a little water. Let it boil.
  7. After boiling, add the fried chicken and a pinch of salt to taste.
  8. Make it a thick gravy.
  9. :- Serve with hot dog buns.
  10. :- You can also make burger with this.
