2 lb Chicken breast1 tbsp Crushed pepper powder1 tbsp Ginger (finely sliced)Hot Sauce1 tbsp Unsalted butterSunflower oil to frySalt (As reqd) Wash the chicken nicely and cut the boneless chicken breast into strips, like french fries.Marinate chicken with pepper and salt. Keep it for 1 hour.Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the chicken till it becomes golden brown.Strain the chicken from oil and keep it aside.Heat another pan and add little butter.Add ginger and when nice aroma comes, add 3 - 4 tbsp of hot Sauce and a little water.
