Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion. Sauté it for few minutes.
  • Now add chopped tomato, crushed ginger-garlic and chopped green chillies. Sauté until it becomes soft.
  • Then add pepper powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder and add salt as required. Saute for one minute on low to medium flame.
  • Break 3 eggs and pour it over the masala.
  • Add some curry leaves. Cover and cook for 5 minutes on low to medium flame.
  • Flip it and cook for few minutes.
  • Mix well and turn off the flame.
  • Serve along with chappathi, pathiri etc.
