Bun Nirachathu-Chicken And Egg Stuffed Bun

Bun Nirachathu is an evening snack item prepared with bun,egg and chicken.Whole bun is stuffed with masala and a piece of boiled egg then finally dipped in a egg mixture and shallow fry it in oil.

Instructions
  1. At first we have to arrange the all ingredients for preparing the filling.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add Onion,ginger garlic paste and green chilly.saute till the onion turns soft.
  3. Then add garam masala,salt,turmeric powder,pepper powder and shredded chicken and coriander leaves.saute for another few more minutes and and remove it from the flame.
  4. Fill each bun with a piece of hard boiled egg.
  5. Cover it with prepared chicken filling.
  6. Cover it with same piece of bun.
  7. whisk 1 egg with 1/4 tsp pepper powder and a pinch of salt.Dip the stuffed bun in this egg mixture and shallow fry the all sides in hot oil.
  8. Bun Nirachathu is ready now..
