This dough should rest for 5 hours which helps elasticity and flexibility. It helps in giving more layers. Then this dough is made as a layered parotta and cooked with oil in a tawa.   • Oil - 1/2 Cup
  • Sugar - 3/4 Tsp
  • Salt - 1 Tsp
  • Water - 3/4 Cup

Instructions
  1. Take bowl add flour
  2. Now add sugar and salt mix roughly
  3. Now add egg and oil mix well
  4. Now add water little by little knead well
  5. Now apply oil rest for two hours again knead for 5 minutes again rest for 2 hours
  6. Now divide this dough in equal portion rest for one hour
  7. Take one portion roll thin sheet refer image
  8. Now apply oil and fold both sides of the sheet. refer image
  9. Now roll the sheet and keep aside. Do rest of others
  10. Now press dough little big refer image
  11. Heat the Tawa add 4 tsp oil and place the four and cook
  12. Now turn other side cook in low flame
  13. Now turn again back leaves for a minute for that crispy
  14. Now Bun Parotta is ready to serve with chicken gravy
