Marinate chicken with1 1/2 tsp Kashmiri chilly powder salt and turmeric powder for 1/2 an hour.
Deep fry these chicken and set aside
In the same pan heat 2 tsp oil and add cumin seeds then all the items for masala one by one. When oil gets separated then turn the gas off and set aside.
Grind this masala mix into smooth paste
Heat pan add 2 tsp butter and add masala paste and add milk in it then add water to desired consistency then add cashew paste. Add little salt add chicken pieces and kasoori methi.
Garnish with coriander leaves and fresh cream. Now it is ready to serve
