Instructions
  1. 1)For preparing butter crab, cut the crabs into medium size pieces.
  2. Melt butter in a pan and splutter mustard seeds. Add garlic, onion and curry leaves adding salt and turmeric powder.
  3. Fry for 2 minutes and add crab. Mix well and cook covered for 5 minutes.
  4. Now add coconut milk and bring to boil. Cook covered in low flame till the gravy thickens.
  5. Garnish with crushed pepper and coriander leaves. Serve hot with rice, chappathy etc.
  6. Butter crab, a helathy and tasty crab recipe is ready.
