  • Soya Sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Red chilly sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Pepper powder - 1 tbsp

  • Corn flour - 1 tbsp
  • Green chillies(slit) - 4 nos
  • Tomato(sliced) - 1 no
  • Curry leaves - 1 cup
  • Butter - 1 1/2 tbsp

Instructions
  1. For preparing butter fried prawns, first marinate prawns with soya sauce, chilly sauce, pepper, salt and corn flour.
  2. Refrigerate for 1/2 an hour.
  3. Fry the prawns in oil and keep aside.
  4. Heat butter in sauce pan. Add green chillies and curry leaves. Add tomatos.
  5. Add the prawns and deep fry it.
  6. Butter fried prawns is ready.
