Ginger
garlic
paste - 2 tsp

Allpurpose flour
Maida

tbsp
Corn flour
2
tsp
Chilly powder
Salt
as reqd

Green chillies
chopped

Cashew nuts
1/2
cup
Milk
1
cup
Tomato
puree
Oil
for deep frying
1
tsp
Butter
Instructions
1) Mix the
all purpose flour
, corn flour, 1 tbsp of
ginger
-
garlic
paste, 1 tbsp of chilly powder and
salt
and make it into a paste.
Soak cashew nuts in
milk
for about 30 mins and grind it into a fine paste. Save the
Milk
.
Add the cut cauliflower into the paste and mix thoroughly. Keep this aside for about 45 minutes.
Deep fry the cauliflower in a skillet.
Heat a skillet and add 1 tbsp of butter.
Saute onions, rest of
ginger
-
garlic
paste and
green chillies
.
When it turns light brown, add
tomato
puree followed by fried cauliflower.
Add the ground cashew nuts and
milk
. Mix all together.
Add
salt
and cook until the gravy thickens.
Add the rest of butter and remove from fire.
:- Serve with Fried rice or Chappathi.
