Butter Milk Rasam

Butter milk rasam is a body coolant rasam to have with rice. Here we dont add any tomato or tamarind to the rasam . The rasam is tempered with red chilli and hing . This is so simple to make in times of need.A dry powder is pounded and added to the rasam and it gives a excellent aroma .

Instructions
  1. dry roast red chilli , channa dal , jeeraa, pepper and dhania and make a coarse powder.
  2. in butter milk add turmeric, salt, hing, and curry leaf
  3. to this butter milk add the ground mix.
  4. temper this rasam with mustard, redchilli and brind to boil.
