Buttermilk-Cucumber Soup
Buttermilk-Cucumber Soup
A yummy recipe. Cucumber and other ingredients are blended together.
Ingredients
- 2 nos Cucumber peeled and finely chopped
- 2 cups Buttermilk
- 1/2 inch Ginger finely chopped
- Mint leaves finely chopped
- 1 no Green chillies chopped
- Salt As reqd
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
Instructions
- For preparing buttermilk- cucumber soup, blend the cucumber, ginger, lemon juice and green chillies till smooth.
- Stir this juice in buttermilk.
- Season it with salt and pepper powder.
- Garnish it with mint leaves.
- Buttermilk-cucumber soup is ready. Serve chilled.
