  • Butter - 1 cup
  • Fresh grated cococnut - 1 cup
  • Eggs - 4 nos
  • Jaggery powder(Sharkkara) - 1 1/2 cups
  • Ghee - 1/2 cup

Instructions
  1. Take a bowl and put egg white and butter in it.
  2. Mix vigorously to form white paste.
  3. To this, add maida and half of the ghee and mix well.
  4. Make thick pooris with this dough.
  5. Take a frying pan, put ghee and spread the poori.
  6. Spread grated coconut and jaggery powder mixture over the poori.
  7. Invert an empty shallow vessel over the poori and allow to simmer on low flame, The jaggery, coconut mixture blend and form an uniform top over the poori. :- Serve hot.
