Instructions
  1. Make a batter by mixing corn flour, water, baking soda and salt.
  2. Roll the grated cabbage in this and roll it through some bread crumbs and make it into balls.
  3. Fry these balls in oil until deep brown and keep them aside in a serving bowl.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and chopped onions, chillies and the garlic.
  5. When the onions turn light brown, add the tomato puree and mix.
  6. Add tomato ketchup, vinegar, soya sauce and sugar.
  7. Mix well and finally add the 1 cup mixture of corn flour in water.
  8. Pour this mixture over the cabbage balls in the serving bowl and eat it hot with bread etc.
