Add grated carrot, salt and finely cut cabbage and stir it well to mix with the seasoning.
Cover the pan with a lid for 4 - 5 mins and cook on medium flame.
Remove the lid and stir once again.
Add grated coconut and cover cook for 2 more mins.
Switch off the flame.
Garnish with chopped coriander and leave the curry covered for 5 - 1 mins.
:- Please follow the timings mentioned exactly as mentioned in this recipe. You will get a wonderfull taste. If overcooked or oversteamed the curry leaves rotten smell.
:- Do cook it on medium flame or else the cabbage will be burnt and the flavour changes.
