Instructions
  1. Boil little water in a vessel. Dip the cabbage leaves in it.2) Heat butter in a pan. Add garlic, green chillies, onion, cilantro and grated carrot.
  2. Fry for few minutes.4) Add the chicken slices, turmeric, salt and rice. Mix well.
  3. Fill a tsp of rice mixture in cabbage leaves and roll. Secure with a tooth pick or twin.
  4. Arrange it in steamer and cook it for 15 – 20 minutes.
