2 cups Raw rice2 cups Coconut (grated)6 nos Dry red chillies1/4 tsp TurmericTamarind (crush out pulp)Asafoetida (A pinch, kaayam)Salt (As reqd)1 cup Cabbage (finely chopped) For preparing cabbage dosa, soak rice in water for 2 hours.Add coconut, chillies and turmeric.Grind into paste.Add tamarind water, asafoetida, salt & cabbage.Make dosa out of maavu.Serve hot with chutney.
