Instructions
  1. For preparing cabbage soup, first cook cabbage, carrot, tomato with garlic, onion, salt and one cup of water in a pressure cooker.
  2. Cool the vegetables and blend in a mixer.
  3. Strain the soup, bring to boil and add vegetable broth and remove vessel from fire. In a frying pan, heat ghee and saute shallots. When the shallots are browned, pour it into the cabbage mixture.
  4. Pour it into a soup bowl and garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot.
  5. Cabbage soup, a complete healthy diet recipe is ready.
