Instructions
Cook
cabbage
with little
salt
and
water
. Heat olive
oil
in a heavy bottomed pan. 2)Add cooked
cabbage
and sautT for a minute.
Now add all the other ingredients except cashew nuts and cook covered till the
cabbage
is fried.
Transfer the cooked
cabbage
with olive
oil
into a serving dish and garnish with nuts.
