1)Take the shredded cabbage in a bowl.
2)Add flour and make small round
balls with the same.
3)Deep fry the balls in the hot oil and keep aside.
4)Heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan or a kadai.
5)Add bay leaves followed by the paste, salt and a little bit of sugar.
6)Allow it to cook, till the oil separates from the sides of the pan.
:- You can add little water if the paste is too thick.
7)Switch off the flame.
8)Add the cabbage koftas and close the pan with its` lid.
9)Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
