Instructions
  1. For preparing cabbage pancake, drain the boiled cabbage and keep it in tissue.
  2. In a bowl mix egg, flour, cumin, green chillies, potato and cabbage, pepper and salt.
  3. Add milk and make it thick.
  4. Make balls and press it.
  5. Keep in a tawa and add little oil on sides.
  6. Fry both sides well.
  7. Cabbage pancake is ready.
