  • Garlic : 1 clove (chopped) -
  • Green chillies : ½ of 1(chopped) -

  • Vinegar : 2 tsp -
  • Soya sauce : 2 tsp -
  • Pepper : 1 tsp -
  • Vegetable stock : 2 cups -
  • Corn starch : 2 tsp -
  • Salt : as reqd -

Instructions
  1. In a sauce pan, add butter.
  2. Add onion and garlic. Fry for 2 minutes. 3) Add green chillies and cabbage. Saute till cabbage is soft.
  3. Add vinegar, salt, pepper, soy sauce. 5) Add vegetable stock and cook for 4 minutes.
  4. Add corn starch and thicken the soup.
  5. Serve hot.
