Cabbage
finely chopped

Turmeric powder

Shallots
sliced, Kunjulli

Dry
red chillies
– 2
cut into few pieces, Kollamulaku

stalk
Curry leaves
1
tbsp
Mustard seeds

tbsp
Coconut oil
Salt
As reqd
To Grind:
Coconut
grated) or ½ of a whole coconu

Jeerakam

Instructions
Heat the
coconut oil
in a pan or a kadai and splutter the
mustard seeds
.
Add dry
red chillies
and
curry leaves
and sautT until it changes color.
Add the small onions and do the same.
Add
cabbage
,
turmeric
and
salt
and cook it on a low flame until its tender.
Mix in the above mentioned ground
coconut
mixture and cook on low flame until the
coconut
is cooked.
:- Make sure the
cabbage
is not over cooked. It should retain a crispy texture.
