Cabbage Upperi
An easy sidefish with Cabbage
Ingredients
- 2 cups Cabbage finely chopped
- 2 nos Green chillies chopped
- 1 tsp Bengal gram
- 1 tsp Black gram
- ½ tsp Mustard seeds
- Curry leaves A few
- Salt As reqd
- 3 tsp Oil
- 2 nos Dry red chillies
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan. Splutter mustard, Bengal gram, black gram and saute curry leaves, green chillies and dry red chillies.
- Chop the cabbage to very fine pieces.
- Cover with a lid and allow to cook for 2 minutes and saute and cook another 3 minutes on a low flame.
- Transfer the contents to a serving bowl.
