Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan. Splutter mustard, Bengal gram, black gram and saute curry leaves, green chillies and dry red chillies.
  2. Chop the cabbage to very fine pieces.
  3. Add chopped cabbage, salt, turmeric powder, chopped ginger and grated coconut. Saute well.
  4. Cover with a lid and allow to cook for 2 minutes and saute and cook another 3 minutes on a low flame.
  5. Transfer the contents to a serving bowl.
