  • Skim milk(2%) - 1/4 cup
  • Brown sugar - 1 tsp
  • Banana yoghurt - 1/2 cup
  • Dark rum - 1 oz
  • Banana brandy - 1 oz
  • Orange peel(grated) - 1/4 tsp

Instructions
  1. For preparing Cajun Banana Smoothie, first place bananas and strawberries in a bowl and freeze.
  2. Remove after frozen and place in a blender.
  3. Add skim milk, yoghurt, orange peel and sugar.
  4. Blend at medium speed, until thick.
  5. Add rum and brandy.
  6. Pour into a chilled champagne saucer.
  7. Arrange strawberries, banana slices and mint on long toothpicks.
  8. Rotate into drink.
  9. :- Serve Cajun Bajun Banana Smoothie immediately.
