Mix together eggs, sugar, baking powder & cardamom using blender until sugar dissolves completely.
Make a soft dough adding flour gradually.
Add ghee and knead again. Leave it aside for 5 minutes.
Roll the dough into a 1/4 inch sized large chappathi and make cuts using a knife by drawing a number of parallel lines to cut into diamond shaped pieces.
Make a slit for each piece and deep fry them till golden brown.
Cool and pack in an air-tight container for longer shelf life.
