  • Chicken - ½ kg
  • Red chilly sauce - 1 or
  • Soya Sauce - 2 tsp
  • Onions(thinly sliced) - 3 big
  • Green capsicum(thinly sliced) - 3 nos
  • Red chilly powder - 2 tsp
  • Vinegar - 2 tsp
  • Oil - 4 tbsp
  • Water - ½ cup
  • Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. Wash and skin the chicken.
  2. Cut it into 1 - 2 inch sized pieces.
  3. Heat oil in a pan.
  4. Add onion and capsicum and fry, till onions become dark and capsicum becomes soft, when touched.
  5. :- This would take about 7 - 8 mins.
  6. Add the chicken pieces and fry, till they get slightly browned on their sides.
  7. Add the chilly powder, soya sauce, vinegar, red chilli sauce and salt.
  8. Mix well, till the chicken is well coated with the masala.
  9. Fry for about a minute or two.
  10. Add water.
  11. Cover and cook for about 5 mins.
  12. Remove the lid and keep cooking, until all the liquid is dried up.
  13. :- Serve hot.
