Ingredients
  

  • ½ kg Chicken
  • 1 or Red chilly sauce
  • 2 tsp Soya sauce
  • 3 big Onions thinly sliced
  • 3 nos Green capsicum thinly sliced
  • 2 tsp Red chilly powder
  • 2 tsp Vinegar
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • ½ cup Water
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Wash and skin the chicken.
  • Cut it into 1 - 2 inch sized pieces.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add onion and capsicum and fry, till onions become dark and capsicum becomes soft, when touched.
  • :- This would take about 7 - 8 mins.
  • Add the chicken pieces and fry, till they get slightly browned on their sides.
  • Add the chilly powder, soya sauce, vinegar, red chilli sauce and salt.
  • Mix well, till the chicken is well coated with the masala.
  • Fry for about a minute or two.
  • Add water.
  • Cover and cook for about 5 mins.
  • Remove the lid and keep cooking, until all the liquid is dried up.
  • :- Serve hot.
