Instructions
  1. For preparing capsicum curry with potato, heat little oil in a pan and fry capsicum in it. Drain and keep aside.
  2. In a pressure cooker, add oil, fry cumin seeds, cloves, bay leaves, onion and green chillies.
  3. Add onion paste, ginger-garlic paste and tomato paste. Add potato and fry well.
  4. Add coriander, cumin, chilly powder and turmeric. Add little salt, water and cover and cook for 2 whistles.
  5. When done, add cashew paste and boil. Add capsicum and coriander leaves.
  6. Serve hot with chappathi.
