  • Lemon(peel off and cut it small pieces, small) - 1 no
  • Salt(As reqd) -
  • Chilly powder - 2 tsp
  • garlic(peel and cut into small piece) - 2 tsp
  • Asafoetida powder(a pinch, Kayam) -
  • Oil - 2 tbsp

Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Fry capsicum and garlic till the water is absorbed.
  3. Add lemon pieces and salt and fry for 6 minutes.
  4. Add chilly powder and fry for another 2 minutes.
  5. Add asafoetida powder and switch off the flame.
