  • Chop the capsicum. I have used yellow, green and red peppers because the color looks so appetizing.
  • Now heat a pan with some oil, splutter mustard seeds and add all the ingredients: chopped capsicum, dried red chilly, pepper powder and curry leaves, except curd.
  • Saute it for 5 minutes in low flame.
  • Pour the curd into a bowl. Whisk until curd is smooth.
  • Add the sautéed capsicum into it, mix well and adjust the salt.
  • Capsicum Raita pairs well with biriyani, pulao or any other rice dish.
