Instructions
  1. heat oil and saute mustard, channa dal and urad dal
  2. add onions to it
  3. add capsicums
  4. add ginger garlic paste
  5. add little red chilli powder and turmeric powder
  6. meanwhile dry roast peanut and seasame
  7. add cooked and mashed tapioca to it
  8. add dry roasted peanut powder
  9. heat it in a low flame and our dish is ready. serve it with hot coffee
