Caramel Custard Easy Caramel Custard Pudding with Egg 300 ml Milk2 nos Egg80 gm Sugar1 tbsp Vanilla Essence1 tbsp Sugar (for caramel) Take a jelly mould(big size).Add 1 tbsp of sugar and 1 tbsp of water. Bring it to boil and caramelize the sugar(till the sugar becomes brown). When it turns golden brown, remove from the stove and twist the mould for the caramel to spread evenly on the side and base.Beat the eggs lightly.Add warm milk and sugar. Stir well and add vanilla. Strain this into the jelly mould. Cover with grease proof paper and steam for 30 minutes.Remove and keep for some time.After cooling, invert into a plate garnished with caramelized milk(optional).Melt a tbsp of sugar and a tbsp of chopped nuts. Put this on a greased surface and crush roughly.Spread this over the caramel custard. Kerala
