Instructions
  1. Heat 3 tsp of ghee or butter in a kadai or non-stick vessel.
  2. Add shredded carrots and fry till you get the aroma of it.
  3. :- Do not over fry it as it spoils the taste.
  4. Let it cool down.
  5. Meanwhile fry cashews and dry grapes or raisins with little ghee. Keep aside.
  6. Add 1 cup milk to carrots in vessel and keep to boil. Keep stirring.
  7. After 5 mins, add all the remaining milk, keep stirring till milk comes to boiling and gets condensed.
  8. :- It takes 15 - 20 mins for this. The milk should become semi liquid consistency.
  9. Add sugar to it and keep stirring for 5 mins.
  10. Add bread pieces.
  11. :- The pieces should be very small.
  12. Keep in the fridge atleast for 3 - 4 hrs.
  13. While serving, add cashews and raisins.
  14. :- Tastes good if condensed milk is added at last, but is optional.
  15. :- If u can get nestle milkmaid, u can add 4 spoons. It will taste great.
