  • Green chilly - 3 nos
  • Red chilly - 2 nos
  • Mustard seed - 1/2 tsp
  • Curryleaves(few) -
  • Oil - 1 tsp
  • Yoghurt(thick) - 2 cup

Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add mustard seeds,greenchilly,red chilly,curry leaves in oil and saute for few minutes.
  3. Add grated carrot and beetroot and saute for few minutes.
  4. Off the burner and add 2 cup of yoghurt and mix well.
  5. :- A simple and easy pachadi is ready!!!
