Carrot Beetroot Pachadi

Ingredients
  

  • 1 no Carrot grated
  • 1 no Beetroot grated
  • 3 nos Green chilly
  • 2 nos Red chilly
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard seed
  • Curryleaves few
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 2 cup Yoghurt thick

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add mustard seeds,greenchilly,red chilly,curry leaves in oil and saute for few minutes.
  • Add grated carrot and beetroot and saute for few minutes.
  • Off the burner and add 2 cup of yoghurt and mix well.
  • :- A simple and easy pachadi is ready!!!
