Carrot Cake - Delicious
Carrot cake made in pressure cooker
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup Carrot grated
- 1 1/4 cup Wheat flour
- 3/4 cup Refined oil
- 3/4 tsp Baking powder
- 3 nos Eggs
- 1 1/4 cup Sugar powdered
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- Cinnamon A pinch, powdered
- Clove A pinch, powdered
- 1/4 cup Caramelized sugar
Instructions
- Beat in a blender and add eggs and beat until frothy.
- Add grated carrot and continue whipping.
- Meanwhile sift together wheat flour with baking powder, cinnamon and clove powder. Add the maida flour to the above mixture and mix well.
- Add caramelized sugar and mix together until smooth.
- Pour the cake mixture into a greased tray and cook/bake in a cooker/oven for 45 minutes or until done.
- Note: 1)Do not use weight washer or safety valve while cooker is used. Cook in medium flame.
