  • Refined oil - 3/4 cup
  • Baking powder - 3/4 tsp

  • Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
  • Cinnamon(A pinch, powdered) -
  • Clove(A pinch, powdered) -
  • Caramelized sugar - 1/4 cup

Instructions
  1. Mix together powdered sugar and oil.
  2. Beat in a blender and add eggs and beat until frothy.
  3. Add grated carrot and continue whipping.
  4. Meanwhile sift together wheat flour with baking powder, cinnamon and clove powder. Add the maida flour to the above mixture and mix well.
  5. Add caramelized sugar and mix together until smooth.
  6. Pour the cake mixture into a greased tray and cook/bake in a cooker/oven for 45 minutes or until done.
  7. Note: 1)Do not use weight washer or safety valve while cooker is used. Cook in medium flame.
