Instructions
  1. First grate the carrots and keep aside.2) Powder the sugar, mix sugar, egg, butter and milk. Whisk well.3) In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda.
  2. Slowly mix the egg mixture into flour, mix well to smooth batter. Then add the carrot and mix again.
  3. In a baking tray apply ghee or butter and spread little flour.6) Pour the mixture in it and bake for 30 mintues at 180c. Or else can be baked in a pressure cooker too for 40 minutes.
  4. Tasty carrot cake is ready.
