Carrot Custard Bake
Ground
carrot
is mixed with butter,
egg
yolks, other ingredients and baked in a oven to prepare the yummy favorite with kids.

melted

separate white and yolk

Custard powder

cup
Milk
Sugar
As reqd
Water
As reqd
Instructions
For preparing
carrot
custard bake, first cook the grated
carrot
in little
water
. Allow the
water
to evaporate completely.
When the carrots are done, grind well.
Meanwhile, mix together melted butter,
egg
yolks, custard powder,
milk
and
sugar
. Combine the mixture with the blended
carrot
.
Beat the
egg
whites and fold in the
carrot
mixture.
Transfer the mixture into a buttered baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes until it rises and is light brown in color.
Carrot
custard bake, a yummy recipe, with kids as well as elders, is ready.
