this is simple and easy chutney and it best combo for idly , dosa, roti, and Indian bread etc.. in this we wont add red chili only ginger spice .

Instructions
  1. In pan add oil urad dal roast well
  2. Add shallots fry well add ginger ,garlic , tamarind, saute well
  3. Now add Carrot saute well
  4. Now add coconut mix well and add salt
  5. Now allow to cool and grind well
  6. In pan add oil jeera, mustard temper and pour in chutney
