Instructions
  1. Cook the carrots in water.
  2. Grind the cooked carrots with 1 egg. Keep it aside.
  3. Mix the sugar thoroughly with the other eggs.
  4. Add grinded carrot in it. Mix well.
  5. Fry the raisins and cashew nuts in oil.
  6. Heat oil in a bottom thick vessel and pour the mix in it.
  7. Cook for 10 minutes.
