Instructions
  1. grate the carrot, coconut. boil the milk and cut the cashews into two pieces
  2. in a pan heat the ghee
  3. once ghee got heat, fry the cashews until it turn into golden brown
  4. in the same pan add carrot and cook it for 3 minutes
  5. add boiled milk, mix well and allow to cook for 5 minutes
  6. now add grated coconut, mix well and allow to cook for 5 minutes in a medium flame
  7. add cardamom powder and salt and mix well
  8. in a separate pan add sugar and water and make a single thread consistency sugar syrup.
  9. transfer sugar syrup into the carrot mixture and mix well and allow to cook until the carrot get cooked and sugar syrup mixture get dry
  10. add fried cashews and mix well
  11. apply the ghee in the plate fully
  12. transfer the carrot mixture in to the plate and allow it to get cool
  13. make a ladoo from the carrot mixture once it get cool
  14. carrot ladoo is ready
