Carrot Pachadi Easy
A tasty Pachadi using
Carrot
and Curd

Ingredients

Carrots
grated

Coconut

nos
Red chillies

cup
Curd/Yogurt
1/2
spoon
Mustard seeds
Salt
As reqd
To saute:
1/2
spoon
Mustard seeds
Curry leaves
As reqd
Coconut oil
As reqd
Instructions
Grate the Carrots and put it in a bowl.
Heat the
red chillies
on a very low flame by directly keeping on the burner of stove.
Grind together
coconut
,
red chillies
with some
water
and finally while taking it, add
mustard seeds
and grind it for a while.
Add the grounded paste to the grated
Coconut
.
Add Curd and required
Salt
to
Carrot
and mix it well.
In a pan, saute
mustard seeds
and
curry leaves
in
coconut oil
and add to pachadi.
