Instructions
  1. Grate the Carrots and put it in a bowl.
  2. Heat the red chillies on a very low flame by directly keeping on the burner of stove.
  3. Grind together coconut, red chillies with some water and finally while taking it, add mustard seeds and grind it for a while.
  4. Add the grounded paste to the grated Coconut.
  5. Add Curd and required Salt to Carrot and mix it well.
  6. In a pan, saute mustard seeds and curry leaves in coconut oil and add to pachadi.
