Carrot Pachadi Easy
A tasty Pachadi using Carrot and Curd
Ingredients
- 4 nos Carrots grated
- 1/2 of Coconut
- 3 nos Red chillies
- 1 cup Curd/Yogurt
- 1/2 spoon Mustard seeds
- Salt As reqd
To saute:
- 1/2 spoon Mustard seeds
- Curry leaves As reqd
- Coconut oil As reqd
Instructions
- Grate the Carrots and put it in a bowl.
- Heat the red chillies on a very low flame by directly keeping on the burner of stove.
- Grind together coconut, red chillies with some water and finally while taking it, add mustard seeds and grind it for a while.
- Add the grounded paste to the grated Coconut.
