Instructions
  1. Cook the raw rice, remove water from it and keep it aside to cool
  2. Clean the Carrots and cut/grate them into thin and small pieces
  3. Cut the Onion and Coriander leaves into small pieces and make a paste of Ginger and Garlic and keep them aside.
  4. Heat some oil in a frying pan and then add the Cumin seeds into the hot oil
  5. Add Peanuts also
  6. Also add chopped Onion, Curry leaves and Ginger-Garlic paste and stir the mix for about two minutes
  7. Add the grated Carrot along with Garam Masala powder, Red Chilli powder and required quantity of Salt and stir the mix well
  8. When the colour of the mix turns into light brown, add the cooked rice into it
  9. Stir the mix for about five minutes and change the rice to a serving vessel
  10. Carrot rice is ready. This rice can serve with Coconut/Onion/Coriander leaves chutney or pickles
