Ingredients
  

  • 100 g Carrot finely grated
  • 50 g Tomatoes finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Thick coconut milk
  • 1 no Green chilly finely chopped
  • 1 sprig Curry leaves chopped
  • Coriander leaves Few, chopped
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Mix together grated carrot,chopped tomatoes, chopped green chilly, chopped coriander leaves and curry leaves in the thick coconut milk.
  • Keep the vegetable mix aside for 10 minutes.
  • Add required salt and carrot salad made simple is ready.
  • Tips:- 1)Instead of coconut milk you can add grated coconut.
