Instructions
  1. Mix together grated carrot,chopped tomatoes, chopped green chilly, chopped coriander leaves and curry leaves in the thick coconut milk.
  2. Keep the vegetable mix aside for 10 minutes.
  3. Add required salt and carrot salad made simple is ready.
  4. Tips:- 1)Instead of coconut milk you can add grated coconut.
