4 nos Carrot (grated)1 cup Pottu kadalai powder4 nos Red chillies (chopped)3 tbsp Coriander leaves (chopped)2 nos Onion (chopped thinly)1/2 tsp Ginger (grated)1 tsp Salt1/4 ltr Oil Mix together pottu kadalai powder, grated carrot, red chillies, ginger, coriander leaves, onions and salt in a bowl with little water.Make the mix into small balls, flatten it to form medium thick shapes and drop them in boiling oil. Turn over both sides until they become golden brown colour and crispy. :- Serve immediately. Tamil
