Pottu kadalai powder

Red chillies
chopped

Coriander leaves

chopped thinly

Ginger
grated

Salt

Oil
Instructions
Mix together pottu kadalai powder, grated
carrot
,
red chillies
,
ginger
, coriander leaves, onions and
salt
in a bowl with little
water
.
Make the mix into small balls, flatten it to form medium thick shapes and drop them in boiling
oil
.
Turn over both sides until they become golden brown colour and crispy.
:- Serve immediately.
