Ingredients
  

  • Cashew: 60 Numbers
  • Sugar: 7 Tsp
  • Cocoa Powder : 1 Tsp
  • Fresh Cream: 4 Tsp
  • Jeera Mitayi: For Rolling

Instructions
 

  • Grind Cashew in a Mixer and Divide in to two parts.
  • CAHEW WHITE CREAM
  • 1.
  • Mix Fresh Cream And 3 Tsp Sugar with One Part of Cashew Powder
  • 2.
  • Mix well till a cream is formed.
  • CASHEW BLACK CREAM
  • 1.
  • Add little bit of water to cocoa powder to make cocoa paste
  • 2.
  • Add cocoa paste to the remaining second part of cashew powder.
  • 3.
  • Add 4 tsp of sugar also.
  • Make small rounds of cashew white cream (from step 2)
  • Roll it with cashew black cream (from step 3)
  • Finally roll it with Jeera Mitayis
  • Cashew chocolates are ready
