Cashew, badam and coconut ground to a fine paste and blended with sugar syrup. Yummy favorite with kids.

Instructions
  1. Grind together soaked badam, cashew and grated coconut to a fine paste.
  2. Now add half cup of water into sugar and boil to make sugar syrup.
  3. When the sugar syrup attains a one string consistency, add the ground cashew coconut paste.
  4. Mix well for a few minutes and add ghee and condensed milk.
  5. Transfer mixture into a greased plate and cut into pieces of your choice.
  6. Simple cashew coconut cake, a favorite with kids as well as elders is ready.
